Flossing would probably much better than brushing, if you were only allowed to choose ne, as this can clean those tight spaces between your teeth. But what would work best is a tandem of the two. Combining flossing and brushing would allow you to thoroughly clean the surfaces, nooks and crannies of your teeth.
